More no compass action - the two big mistakes I made were nothing to do with not having one.

Felt physcially pretty good today and still six weeks left before the JK to get rid of fat. After 5 alright weeks averaging 5 hours per week the previous two haven't been so good. If I can summon the courage to get on the rower tonight I might just about rescue this week. Then 4 weeks of hopefully 6-7 hours per week and then two weeks chilling out some.

Wow, lethal out there! The snow is melting and lots of the forest is green now on the floor. The tracks aren't that white anymore either - the problem is they are clear. Had planned to do lots of running on forest tracks today but got out onto propers road ASAP to save myself from almost certain damage.

Borrowed a compass from Nick today - had to really as this was an area different to most Stockholm areas in terms of the shapes in the land. More like English forests - still lots of boulders around though so not quite as bad as it sounds.

First run of the season at full effort. Started 2 minutes in front of Nick and we never saw each other, not even on the cross-overs. He beat me by 1 minute.
