Winter series event from Karrtorp - Nacka West. I remember how hard it was trying to find controls in this forest before without a compass - very. I did push my luck but I was very, very unlucky. No surprise.

Training with Soders. Made the right choice today in terms of shoes - lots of ice out there. Quite gentle effort until the last 15 minutes.

LL event. Legs felt tired from the recent increase in training hours, otherwise enjoyed a good course on a really good area.

Saying that I nearly killed myself a few times - really should have worn spikes today - lots of ice. Hurt my knee a bit and whacked my back but the most damage from the 4 times I found myself on the floor was my compass - it's not a write-off but I need to hook up with the Russians at 10mila.
