shoes: adidas swoop 2 - 3rd pair

My feet, ankles and achilles were not loving this. Need to get out into the forest more than once every few weeks and start stretching again.

Nice forest with some interesting bits of detail but loads of tracks and paths made it easier. One significant error, lost a couple of minutes.

Started same route as Sunday with a bit more effort but cut it short - wasn't feeling great.
