25manna, Ravinen 3, leg 2. Just a small miss on the first then the rest virtually perfect. Had to fight a stitch off from number 2 to the end - lungs obviously not back up to 100% after my cold.

Distance does not include the run to the start triangle after changeover.

Hmm, lost over a kilo and all I've been (comfort) eating is crisps, biscuits and ice cream... worrying.
