Running tempo (Road/XC) 59:55 [1] 10.3 km (5:49 / km)
shoes: nike air tri-d kutu

Quite hungover but forced myself out on the usual there and back route from home. Enjoyable when I wasn't burping up acid - it was real misty tonight and the water was totally calm. Things were reflecting perfectly giving the symmetrical suspended in mid-air look.

Running (Road/XC/Terrain) 55:00 [2]
shoes: nike air tri-d kutu

Absolut hash (7). Red dress run. Couldn't be bothered to find (and certainly not spend money on) a red dress... so settled for simply dressing in red. Was feeling frisky today and got bored running at warp factor 0.01, so took some controversial terrain routes here and there (ran up a rocky slope and banged my knee slightly d'oh), got wet/muddy and got a bit too competitive towards the end.

Annual general piss up after party - got lots of down downs and carried on getting more pissed in the sauna. Lots of quality food and getting our groove on afterwards. Was in a bit of a state when I got back sometime after 3am and did well to go the night without being the chunder kiddie.

8*0.44km & 80m. Been neglecting hills recently plus dunno how long I can use the steep bit of the slope before it gets a bit too erm... slippy. Ups...

Speaking of slippy, should have really thought about all the recent rain when making the choice of footware but it seems I got better at surfing as the session progressed. Downs...

Running (Road/XC) 1:13:00 [1]
shoes: nike air tri-d kutu

Underground hash (19). Hardly continuous tempo but still very chilled apart from the last 20mins or so where I was kicking a small ball I found in a park all the way back. Funny cos afterwards the circle was held in another park so I left the ball there - hope I haven't stirred up some trouble amongst the little homies of the area, gang conflict can be started so easy these days.

Running tempo (Road/XC) 1:02:10 [1] 10.3 km (6:02 / km)
shoes: nike air tri-d kutu

Same route as Friday, same speed as Friday but put ever so slightly more effort in on the way back.

Core Stability (Floor/Standing) 39:30 [1]

Went easy on myself today - didn't wear wrist/ankle weights and only did 9 sets of 10 press ups (which was a bit too easy but maybe I won't be thinking that 2moz when I have proper achy titties) all cos I am a useless loser who hasn't done a core workout for 18 days.
