Core Stability (Floor/Standing) 1:06:30 [1]

Changed from press ups/core to press ups/core/core today so therefore did all 8 core exercises twice and spent 50% more time balancing. It also meant a longer rest in between press up sets so changed back to as many as poss - did 27+20+17+15+14+12+9+9 with the usual cheeky set on the end +9=132 in total and 347 this week!

Core Stability (Floor/Standing) 40:00 [1]

Same as Monday (again without shoes) but with wrist/ankle weights. Managed 8*13 press ups with a cheeky 9th set of 9 at the end so 113 in total!

Running long (XC) 2:05:15 [2]
shoes: nike air tri-d kutu

Nacka Reserve. Changed my usual long route around a bit in order to add warm up/down splits, remove the road section and to generally add some distance. Felt a bit tired from the start, easy most of the way until the last 20mins or so where I worked it up a bit - felt quite strong at the end.

1) 07:55 (1.4km)
2) 22:50 (3.8km)
3) 36:30 (?.?km) (oops made it much longer by accident - wrong turn)
4) 26:20 (4.4km)
5) 24:15 (4.3km)
6) 07:25 (1.4km)

Nacka Reserve. Re-ran Summer series course (from in between O-Ringen and Scottish) in an attempt to wake me up from OMM mode - have managed to extend my racing period to 7th/8th November where I have entered what I think are the last couple of Stockholm races this year. So ran at full race pace... until it started to get dark. Was navigating much better this time... until it started to get dark. A perfect run for me would probs be around the 50mins mark - over 8mins over what the race was won in.

Core Stability (Floor/Standing) 40:00 [1]

Same routine as last couple of times but without wrist/ankle weights which made some of the core exercises easier, without shoes on which made the balance exercises harder and instead of as many press ups as poss sets did a fixed amount of 13 to try and get over the 100 mark in one session. Did 6*13, 12 and 6. Added another cheeky 6 on the end of the workout to make it 102 in total! I reckon if I hadn't left it so long since the last time (12 days) I would have made 100 no problem in just the 8 sets. Don't leave it so long again... no no no, bad bad bad.

Running (Road/XC) 47:00 [2]
shoes: adidas swoop 2 - 2nd pair

Team Monday with Keith and Matt. Was quite surprised to run in a perfect loop - no u-turns or dog-legs whatsoever with Keith and Matt totally in agreement about the route at all times. Mostly easy - felt good throughout.
