Leeds Country Way. Interesting run today, didn't really know if I was doing the right thing or not cause I picked up some sort of calf to ankle tendon injury last time I carried on regardless after an MM. So, started off slowly and altho I felt sore and heavy in the legs I gradually speeded up throughout the run and finished very strongly. There's a huge difference in how I feel afterwards between now and when I first started running this route in the spring/summer. B4 it used to fuck me over for the rest of the day and now it just feels like a normal training session. Got to be happy with it. I'd really like to PB it b4 I move to Bristol but sadly a high intensity session like that just doesn't fit in at the moment - gutted.
