Less steep hill, steady. With headlamp, without Christian (of course we wouldn't manage 3 weeks in a row training together).

Time includes WU/WD, don't know how many reps, 9 I think. Beth's watch battery is dead so timed it with the oven clock. Decathlon sells a Garmin 235 for 2348sek (approx £210) - I wonder if that is a good watch at a good price?

Short trail route, hard. Pleased with pace, not so with hill fitness but that's probably because of the obligatory extra kilos I've added over the period I haven't been training. Mostly icy and hard underfoot, mostly fast but a bit bumpy in places.

Less steep hill, steady on average. With headlamp and Christian, again! This time I tried to stay with him but fell apart after rep number 8, did a couple of reps slow after that and gradually worked it up again. Managed to not be lapped by 20secs this time!

Less snow than last week, harder but not icy, much faster.

Less steep hill, steady. With headlamp and Christian - I let him go after 4 reps and tried to not be lapped before he finished 15 reps, managed it by 10secs!

Significant amount of snow, nice.
