Medium trail route, steady.

I actually felt good today, energy-wise. Just a shame that I have developed tendonitis in my right ankle, similarly to in 2008. Strange that it happened before an O-Ringen in Sälen back then as well!

After around 25mins I started to get really sharp pains whenever my right foot went down anything different to completely flat. So bad I was worried I might not even be able to walk back home.

I have had the warnings, looking back through my training it's definitely been coming. Nothing I can do now but hope that lots of massage and stretching on the calf muscle will sort it before Sunday, hope that it is the same thing as before.

It's just not happening for me at the moment. I spent Tue-Fri last week back in England helping my Dad to clear his double garage before he moves house. Very extensive work and since then I've felt very low. Like I will get ill the moment I try to train.
