Running warm up/down (XC) 10:00 [2]
shoes: inov-8 oroc 280

Orienteering race (Forest) 41:15 [3] 4.6 km (8:58 / km)
shoes: inov-8 oroc 280

DM Medel Stockholm, OK Älvsjö-Örby.

Lost my bubble today when I caught the guy who started 4mins in front at number 6. Missed 7 badly, 9 even worse and drifted way off towards 10. Lost around 5mins in total.

Felt pretty ruined from yesterday warming up but was pretty ok once I got racing.

My first pair of orocs have died. They lasted 10 hours more than my old VJ supras and I found them a lot more comfortable as well. Highly recommended.

Nicolas Simonin won in 27:06 - an Irishman won the Stockholm Middle Champs!

Orienteering race (Forest) 2:03:45 [3] 13.1 km (9:27 / km)
shoes: inov-8 oroc 280

DM Långdistans Stockholm.

This was really enjoyable. Fantastic course, terrain and I felt physically good for virtually all of it. Didn't even notice it was raining.

Navigation went mostly well but could have done better.

Last week I was 30mins behind the Irish guy Andrew Quin, this week only 10mins. However this event attracted a lot more elite runners so I was still 40mins behind the winner...

Martin Vister won in 1:23:54.
