17/18 Ranking Event 6, Attunda OK middle Rösjön, H21 4.8km (21/29)

Better than yesterday, less paths, more contour and rock detail, more interesting.

Ran ok-good technically but it was a bit lucky. Was struggling for focus, especially towards the end. No oxygen problems today but felt tired after running yesterday regardless of a rare, good night's sleep. Probably to be expected after 2 weeks of illness.

So after 6 ranking events it does seem like I have set myself a good target. It's certainly not going to be easy but certainly not impossible either. A few times I could have got 24 points or better by simply making less mistakes. Next up - middle distance on 30th Sep.
