Walk (Beach walk) 2:00:00 [1]

Beach walk with Cheryl. Cruisy, dogs came too.
Didn't do much really.

Cycle (AHHHHHHhhhhh) 10:00 [0] 3.0 km (3:20 / km)

Aaaahhhhhhhhhhh,
OMG effin smashed myself today good and proper! Don't know what happend (think I tapped the front brake) and fell hard onto the road behind South Beach houses. Shit. Hit my head hard, my L) shoulder got a bit too, gravel rash not too large on my shoulder but wham smacked my head good and proper straight into the road. So with the bike: Me, thee (the bike) then the rest). Checked my helmet last and doesn't have any visible cracks but it did save my ass, big time. Think I need a new one now.
So, shoulder is sore ++ just muscular and got a bit of a concussion. Will chill tonight and see how I feel about paddling tomoz. Ouch. Not that bad really, just my head and neck did cop it.

Paddle Ocean (River) 2:00:00 [3]

So paddling is really not a high HR sport for me. Was working on technique and stroke form (even with long paddle) felt ok. Good tempo and movement when out there. Ok day.

ave 111, peak 128.

MTB (MTBO Goat farm) 3:00:00 [3]

Mechanicals.
Ok run otherwise. Found everyhing ok. Didn't read the map properly for 11. Went up to go down.
Map board fell off!!! Having trouble reading it and holding onto it etc while riding. Then a flat at the furtherestmost point of the map. Argh. Oh well, whatevs. I do love the good old MTBO.
