A really perfect day. I overdressed again, but with layers, which came off easily.

I haven't run in my Topos in a while, and forgot how comfortable they are, and muddy-woods-confidence-inspiring. Need to keep them in the mix more! Wore calf sleeves, too, for grins. Hmm.

Gut still bugging. Need to contact PCP, 'cause if there's a solution it would really change my attitude.
