Hallelujah, I had no problems walking today! Thanks for going with me, anniemac.

Ankle still swollen, but much better than yesterday. Range of motion 70%. Should have no problems jogging and swimming and cycling this week to recover. Likely stay off the trails for a while.

Negative splits! Hah!
