Whoops, blew this one with not enough water for the heat + humidity combo. See my post-run weight, above: yikes! I realized it on lap 4, where I was just slowing down and slowing down. Not till lap 5 did I look at my HR ... yikes again! Even walking it was spiking to mid 150s. Sheesh. Anyway, got it done, good HTFU training, I suppose. Lap 5 I was 50/50 walk/jog.
