I had a bit of left Achilles / lower calf ache after yesterday's workout. It lasted till bedtime, so I was a bit worried, and considered scrapping the speed, and just easy-jogging. After the warmup I felt great, so did the drill. Glad I did! Felt good.

Humid like summer after last evening's rains. Once I got sweating and soaked it felt good. Negative splits on the laps, except I forgot to restart my watch after a stop. My insoles are shot, and the water crossings is making them limp and easily forced down into the toes of my shoes, so I stopped and fixed them up, and when I started I forgot about my watch for a while. So + ~1:50, but just a guess, which is a bummer, cause I crushed the 3rd lap. But who's counting? ;)
