Lovely day ... thought there would be snow on the ground, after 2-3in last night, but it was all gone by 2:30pm when I went out. Muddy and puddly, so wore my Salomons, which were awesome as usual.

A few miles, felt drained and bonky, but a bit better after the first 1.5mi or so. Was supposed to do 30 minutes yesterday, but life got in the way, mostly in a good way, but I still missed the few miles. Good to get out, and realize my body's likely a-okay after Algonquin on Sat.

Forgot my watch, so used the Strava app on my phone. Pretty darned good!

16 days till Naked Bavarian 20 miler!!

Just realized Strava's GPX export included the not-moving time, while I was in Wawa getting a sandwich. Chopped! That's better.

Note

Interestingly, the 31 seconds I was behind #7 is the exact amount of time I spent at the last aid station. And about the same at the previous aid station to chug a coke and pick out a gel.
