Cool (52F) & the occasional misty rain and breezy breezes made this run a fun time. Focusing on arm form got me negative splits and feeling fast, or at least kind of strong.

Got my pullups up to 2. Sheesh.

Tried pull-ups the other day, and could only do ONE. Holy smokes. New goals. Burpees & pull-ups.
