Beeeeeautiful day! 65F! Hooray! Clothing optional. ;)

I wore the wrong (street) shoes for the muddiness, thus didn't want to go on the high trail (which is angled and muddy). So I explored along the hughmac3 Smedley Loop, adding another loop back up over the big rocks and by the Blue Route. After 3 x refinements I think I got it to almost exactly 2 miles, and a real nice mix of challenging and easy. Nice!

Needs a wheel job -- probably 2.1mi?

A challenge: dreadmill rolling hills level 5, try to keep HR in Z2, adjust speed accordingly, see how far you can go. The gym was very hot, as usual, so it was a challenge: way too much Z3 (and Z4!). Good fit test, I think.

Didn't feel like Running in the Wind today, so did a few dreadmill hills in Hades Pottruck Gym. It was very, very hot in there.

Gut felt okay! Trying a few things that seem to be positive, or at least neutral.
