Minor heel bruise from the dreadmill yesterday (already mostly better), so went to the gym to do a swim and bike. Pool was closed for 'construction'. Decided to do the originally planned steps, but when I got to Franklin Field it was closed as well ... major rebuild going on (new track!!). Glad it was, as the < 3 mi I did was all that I should have done.
