Got out early before it got too steamy ... quite pleasant but humid.

Felt very good considering the long yesterday. Wanted to do more, but didn't have time. Maybe a bike ride later.

And looking at my track, I was solid on the 90 (well, 92), and it felt very slow but wasn't. Intriguing. Still seems awfully quick, but I'll give it some time to sink in.

Philadelphia’s Health Commissioner has issued an Excessive Heat Advisory for June 23, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Forecasts indicate temperatures will rise into the upper 90s with high humidity.

Followed by a Free Birthday Leg Massage at the Penn gym! Ahhhhh. I had no idea they did massage there. Superb.

This Guy (fellrnr.com) is a really great read. I like his anti-dogma approach to things -- although in doing so he lays out his own, but he's careful to scale his platitudes based on the 'science', and is honest about what he perceives as 'still not science'.

Worked on upping my cadance in response to my reading there. I was close, but not 90. Feels weird, but I'll give it a go.
