Whew, incredible humidity. Had to do 2 mini Crum laps instead of one regular Crum lap due to the trestle construction ... almost the same tho.

Hyper-synopsis: drink water if you're thirsty (or try some and if it tastes 'good', drink some). Eat 60+gm(!!) of glucose every hour. Don't worry about salt.
