Running long (Z1/Z2 Trail) 2:18:57 intensity: (1:55:49 @1) + (18:12 @2) + (3:11 @3) + (1:45 @4) 12.49 mi (11:07 / mi) +1007ft 10:20 / mi

Tried to find the way to Springton Res, but without at least glancing at a map beforehand I was stymied, mostly because I was chicken to go through areas I wasn't sure I was allowed to (possible backyards).

Ended up at State Rd, looped around to 320 then back to the top of the Crum Long Loop extension end.

Some of the stuff on the W side of the Crum at the north tip of Smedley was ridiculous. But that's what made it fun.

Spiders are coming.

Bleh, some kind of watch malfunction at about 7.7 miles. Weird! I remember hearing it beep, feeling it vibrate, and it was on the "Garmin" logo, like it just turned on, and when it was on, it was 'stopped', so I started it again.

So the distance was probably another 1/2 mile at least. Hmm. And time longer too? By a lot? Hmm.

Supposed to be Z1, but I guess the humidity pushed up the HR. Nice time working on memorizing football plays for tonight's game. Nice secondary use for my O clue card holder. ;)

First road run in a very long time. Predictably it felt: hard (the surface), long, hot. Going around and around at the cemetery has gotten me in a rut. This was good for me. ;)
