Running (Pace) 48:26 intensity: (7:30 @1) + (9:14 @2) + (15:00 @3) + (16:42 @4) 5.64 mi (8:35 / mi) +420ft 8:01 / mi
ahr:150 max:168 shoes: New Balance MT10 v2 Minimus

Very humid, hard to get the HR and pace up until I was free-flowing sweaty and shirt off. Then did some good pacing. Crushed the PR on this route -- but had never run it more than easy before.

Running hills 51:39 intensity: (11:19 @1) + (9:04 @2) + (18:45 @3) + (11:30 @4) + (1:01 @5) 5.0 mi (10:20 / mi) +525ft 9:24 / mi
ahr:149 max:172 weight:159.4lbs shoes: Adidas adiZero Hagio 2

Hotter day than it seemed ... and I forgot my sunscreen this AM. Hope I'm not fried!

My heart wasn't really in this one. Only did 8 of my scheduled 10. Was up late (restless) and early (June up 5am in our bed), so cruddy sleep contributing.

Great to get out though. That workout feels like it has a high ROI.

Flag football practice after work (apparently I'm the QB) then bike home. Nice night for a ride.

Biking (Commute) 44:42 [1] 9.89 mi (4:31 / mi) +180ft 4:27 / mi
shoes: Adidas adiZero Mana 5

Such a beautiful day I had to ride to work. First time in a very long time, and on newly reconfigured bike.
12 PM

Running (Z1 Grass) 56:48 intensity: (53:36 @1) + (2:31 @2) + (41 @3) 6.1 mi (9:19 / mi) +328ft 8:52 / mi
ahr:134 max:153 weight:162lbs shoes: Adidas adiZero Hagio 2

The biking did good things for my legs. The cool temps really felt great. HR pacing, low Z1. Nice!

I saw what I can only presume was a ghost at the cemetery. Sitting on the grass, on a grave, leaning against the headstone, a ~65-year-old man, wearing nothing but a speedo-style bathing suit and wire-rimmed half-glasses, heavily tanned, reading the newspaper. No acknowledgement of my cheerful "hi!" and wave. He wasn't translucent in any way though, as I assume a ghost should be.

I was hoping that he would be gone at some point during my run so I could see the details on the grave. I'll have to check it out some other time.

I feel like maybe I saw him there before, but I'm not sure.
