Wow, another incredibly nice day! 50F and sunny. The Crum Long Loop with John. Still a lot of snow and ice, plus mud = slow going, which was fine.

Supposed to be a 'pace' run with John, but he was showing me his loop, so we were chatting, etc, and he ran hardish yesterday, so it was just in that bad "too slow/too fast" place. Junk miles. But hey, anything beats my last few weeks.

Vows and a plan agreed upon though! Exciting.
