Finally got the bike home from work. Forgot gloves, remembered spare tube (thank goodness).
Nice day for it ... flat tire in the worst bit of West Philly that the ride goes through, but no hassles. < 9 min tire change, not bad for me on the rear wheel.
Rusty on the bike. Cages much much better than clipons for me. Need to do some more. Very very good leg work ... legs weak compared to lungs right now for sure, based on my HR.

Another humid day ... bunch of changes to my HR zones based on current readings, so Zone 1 (Garmin) now encompasses Zone 0 & 1 on AP, and the high limit of Zone 1 is higher, but the top of Zone 2 is not, so it's 'narrower'.
I had been waffling (the old way) between Recovery & Endurance -- a 'junky' place to be.
So working Z2 today, I had to push a bit more to get to and stay at 150/151, and once there I had a pretty hard time not going over, as the zone is narrow, only 5% (7 bpm), and it was very humid.
