Running intervals (TnT Media) 31:46 intensity: (14:22 @1) + (4:43 @2) + (3:15 @3) + (9:22 @4) + (4 @5) 3.86 mi (8:14 / mi) +95ft 8:03 / mi

TnT Media with Sandy, J-Man, & EricW. First intervals in a while, so had a hard time finding my pace, solid form, etc, which is why they're good for me. Effort on #4 & #5 were significantly less than the others, after I remembered some form things.

5x800s:
2:59 (oops)
3:19
3:16
3:25 (slow, but felt very relaxed)

Dinner was delicious, conversation excellent.

WINDY day. Power was out for something like 4 hours today. Frustrating, because it killed a contour rendering on my desktop machine. Cool stuff: used 20 CPUs to trim PA lidar LAS data and create a Swat College elevation point cloud:

1 - lastool (las2txt) > xyz
2 - sort and head/tailed various ways (easting/northing <>)
3 - split into 20 pieces
3a - convert from ft to m (across 20 CPUs)
4 - join together
5 - import to OCAD DEM

which is now rendering contours in OCAD. I hope! :) Vacation is fun, I should do this more often. ;)

Note

NEW Tables, extrapolating the table out to 75, and putting 44 (and 30) on there as well for easy comparison:

I still win. ;)

76.5% for me, 72.5% for you. Roughly 2:14 diff. All looking very consistent.

And shouldn't we be using out body age, from the new Infernal Machine?
