TNT Media! Thanks for the fun TNT folks. 7x hill repeats on the SofA ... plan was 10, but my heart (well really my legs) just wasn't in it. Coulda done one more, but I figured I should ease into the heavy lifting a bit. Calf still a bit funky from BaToNa, and left arch a bit achy, need to stretch afterwards.
