Stuck pretty well to my goals for the meet, other than to get distracted by COMPETITION. Compass focus, pace count, and 2/3 push (thanks to the mega-downhill!!) all went well. Smoothness, and decision making speed and accuracy were too variable, especially when rattled (9-12).

Happy to come in 2nd overall (to TomO, nice job Tom!) on the mega-long leg which was on Green, Red and Blue.

Morning stroller run with June down to Bartram's Garden to look at the swollen Schuylkill the to Clark Park for a swing on the swings. Perfect weather.

Sprayed the backporch ceiling. Awesome.

Bleh, vacation really screwed up my schedule. Trying to dig out ... dig, dig, dig. US Champs and Mid-Atlantics coming up too.
