Orienteering race 1:04:59 [4] *** 7.5 km (8:40 / km) +427ft 7:58 / km
spiked:8/16c shoes: Inov-8 Mudroc 290

Actual: 6.02 mi 221m climb

Muddy, thorny (I look like I've been crucified, and I'm usually not much of a complainer), and kms of road running. Bleh.

Good to get out, see some DVOAers, and got an okay workout until #15 when I stood around mouth open instead of just looking at the map.

Best part: I think my lungs are pretty much clear! Whew.

Running 39:13 intensity: (1:04 @1) + (4:15 @2) + (33:48 @3) + (6 @4) 4.35 mi (9:02 / mi)
ahr:146 max:161 shoes: Asics Gel DS Trainer 12

4x cemetery pavement loops, real slow, but still couldn't keep the HR down. I think my lingering lung junk issue. Argh. Beautiful day though!

Yoga 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: Bare Feet

Was in a smaller temporary space, so kind of cramped and loud (students outside the door gabbing), but still very, very good. Did shoulder and hip stuff, yay. I feel like we're always attacking just what I need! Cool.
