Pretty good sleep last night thanks to Juliet's thoughtful display of cold remedies set up for my perusal pre-bedtime. Tylenol, Dristan (yuck) and a lot of nose-blowing really did the trick.
Feeling about 70%, spending the day reading (SM Stirling's Conquistador), sipping juice, coffee, tea, fighting a losing the battle for a dry basement with the torrential rains, and pondering a slog at Tyler tomorrow. Hmm.
Looks like a break in the rain is coming at 5pm, so I might head out for a trot and see how I feel.

First lap was the warmup to the cemetery ... removed here, but still in the GPS track.
6 laps (miles) of the cemetery at what felt like tempo pace, good flat to negative splits, but I wasn't actually getting my HR up high enough, particularly on the flat (easy) sections. Good downhill speed, okay uphill effort (HR). Need to work on my mental game on the flats (bored/wimpy).
My HR upload setup is whacky again, I don't know why. Sport Tracks gets it right, AP doesn't, the zones are always off, saying there are bits that don't fall into any zone. Hmm.
BEAUTIFUL weather. Ultimate. I love it. Perfect. Zounds. 57/58F & mostly sunny.
