Chilly but fun run with anniemac! Crum > The Gates of Mordor > nearly to the end of the yellow trail but diverted due to kids with automatic paintball guns ... not too scary, just didn't want to break up the game.

So then up the hill above the cliffs and back around. A bit of Alligator Rock steps, and the middle trail to bring the distance up to 'just right'.

BOTH sets of my Thorn Knickers have a seam fail in the same embarrassing place. Grr. Need to get Juliet to train me on the sewing machine.

CLEANED (with alcohol) my HR strap before the run after noticing a bit of a rash after yesterday's run. Ewww! But of course that (and the cold/dry) caused it to fail for the first 15 minutes, RADICALLY overstating my HR. 191!! Heh.

Finally got the flu vaccine yesterday at CVS. Insurance covered, and a 20% off card as well. Robin was my sidekick.

Also got supplies to finally install the log set.

And maybe a run?
