Note

Two weeks was enough: seems I have a lingering sinus infection. PCP ordered me the meds, and hopefully I'll be back training shortly.

The cruddy part is I'm going to drop from Batona 55 in ~2 weeks. Just tooo soon after such a long stint of no fitness. I'm down a good 5lbs, and not in a good way, really.

The good part is I've spent some time thinking about overall fitness, and am working on a Fall / Winter plan with my coach. Stay tuned!

Back at work after 3.5 days of flu, max temp was 103°F! Yikes! Tired and a bit listless today, but great to get off of the couch. Thanks for chatting with me for a long while when I needed to escape the couch yesterday, hughmac3. That juice was great.
