Regretting not getting some form of exercise in (dog walking doesn't count)

Had intended to hit a parkrun this morning but tiredness and hangover caught me out in equal measure. Better make sure this doesn't become a trend!

CCW Throsby Ck loop.
Dullest of aches from R knee early on but improved as I warmed up.
Barefoot to Mt Carrington, then vibrams (sprints) on.

After missing yesterday morning's usual slot, and done little strength work in ages I was determined to get to this one, but only just made it trying to get through the list for the day.

Note: Bike in for service, so hopefully reducing the volume of swearing at gear slippages.

felt much looser than usual, no doubt thanks to pilates

After Chiro.
Has been ages, but more comfortable than expected.
Upper back seemed to be the worst.

Woke with a thumper of a headache: Unsure of cause - dehydration / less coffee yesterday / unfamiliar exercises in yoga class (i.e. neck rolls etc)

New cover instructor for Bec's Yoga class.
Turned out to be restorative (booo!) but not as bad as the last one of those I did; part of me actually enjoyed just relaxing and tuning out.
