'Cross Country' race from Awaba state school.
Running later than ideal leaving home, I did map memory of the route to get there but then discovered Newie link road was closed. Phone map wouldnt work so a bit of headless chicken ensued. I eventually figured out a way there, and only just barely got an entry.

Forgot my watch so time is a rough guess until I see results.
Handicapped race, so my start time on the long course was 23:41
Hilly out and back course. Lonely running by my self for a long time, bar people going the other direction on their way home.
Some entertainment, Hazard, and breathing difficulties provided by the local dirt bike gang (lots trails nearby they could have used instead, quite easily).Had to do some work to keep stitch at bay. Also experienced a bit of ache in R knee for a while on the way out.

Looked like there were a handful of people within a few hundred m behind me at the turning point. One guy passed me before home, and I passed ten or more. As usual I attacked the downhills making up lots of ground on those around me.

Seemed like I was finished a while before Alex Massey crossed the line, maybe close to the same time behind me as at the start (c 2 mins 30secs). Going by previous margins (of about 10%) he should by my calcs have finished c. 90 seconds ahead of me, so obviously not as good a run for him as for me today.

Becoming a regular slot now.

Feeling some slight improvements. Bigger stretch, Stronger Pose, Less Fatigue etc

Suspect I'm the only person who keeps the Ojai breath going all class.

Filled in a comment card to ask for more (than this one) power yoga classes in the week.

@Pulse, Adamstown.
Fairly quiet when we got there c. 6pm but buzzing by the time we left nearly 2 hrs later.
Climbing itself was fine. Got through a few I didnt expect I would. Pumping tunes made for a good atmosphere generally.

However, I did get very annoyed at: awkwardness of top rope position, anchor point, uncomfortable and sticky ropes, inconsistent 'grading' system, lack of variation. Most of these probably outcomes of some combination of OTT risk management and / or lack of functional design or prototyping input (either prior to or during construction).

Love climbing, but not this venue.

Maybe should try the forum (uni gym).

Monday's and Wednesdays during semester time are proving more difficult to get training in. Needs some lateral thinking and / or setting alarm earlier.

Supposed to be a a pilates class (of 45 mins in duration) but the instructor was that Yoga instructor I have been trying to avoid, so it was so gentle I was getting close to falling asleep a number of times.

The few exercises that could be made harder I engaged everything I could do.
(Included time for these in core work logged below)

Part of pilates class, plus another half hour spent on gym floor afterwards.
Lots of Step exercises (forward and backward), SL dips, Swiss Ball Hamstrings, Planks (nutter version with diagonals etc), Full set of Fonda's
