achilles ok start
then tightened
stretxhes at piedmont oval: fine.
sropped 1/4 mile from end and talked to beltline people
filed complaint about scooters left on trail.
runnhome was pain free. seems like calf and hammy issue

spent 30’ mobing lower legs and achilles
good at first and end, low pain throughout
supwr easy but 80s and humid spices it up burn more cals

back late from dallas, 3hr delay on runway epic.

tried to run, L achilles pain way too much. so stopped after two minutes. wow. hirt walking back. then after a while felt better.

gonna break down and nuke w a course of ibuprofen and rest

woke up hobbling again. need to nuke it letit ...heal.
