Note

Skrandis truputi atsigavo bet dar nepraejo. Oras nepatinka tai padariau pratimuku nugarai. Gavosi nevisai rimtai :) reiketu iprast bent 2 - 3 kartus per savaite.

Siandien skrandis kankino visa diena. Bandysiu mityba koreguot. Islenda vis kokie negalavimai kaip kokiam dziedui. Dar oras sudinas tai nebeisbegau.
