En riktig femmil. Back to the old school skiing. 50k "race" with individual start on small tracks through the forest in sörskog outside Falun. Around 100 participants all from old Olympic skiers to current world cup skiers and hobby skiers. Superfun and nice competition just as it should be.
Haven't done so much skiing this winter and the major part has been skate with the chariot, so didn't know what to expect.
Found a comfortable pace from the start and kept it more or less to the finish. About 2min difference in time between the three laps, tried to push a little more on the last lap to become tired. Would have needed more skiing beforehand to be able to know what speed was reasonable from the start and have some more strength.
Very slow conditions with -20 during the night but really nice and sunny during the race (but still very cold snow)

Test course with tuna in Skräddarbacken. Last time I did this test was in April 06 when I had my fastest time (16.01)
Not so good conditions with ice and snow from the last couple of days. Aim was to be faster than 17min, and managed that so satisfied with the day. Emil s in really good shape and was under 16

Not the best conditions. 5cm new snow during the night, warm and raining during the day so heavy going and no tracks. Still good training and lot of practice of the klaebo technique in the uphills.
