Run from home on to the chase, seven springs up the valley to the trig point, along the ridge and drop into sherbrook,down to the stepping stones, back to seven springs and home
Cycling from Mammoth - Sat in the middle of the pack until the end (last 3-4 miles?) where I joined the lead breakaway group. Too fast for me. Fell off the back and limped home the last half mile on my own.
