I took a bit of a plod down the main road to the picnic area'n back.

I was out today running down the main road through the picnic area and out to the end of the road at MDM'n back. That was kind of hot in the sun the first 75% of the way. I picked up even more trash today.

This afternoon's run took me down the old road to the quonset hut, back up around the 4m and then a short ways down the main road to the first turn'n back.

Yesterday I had a couple of birds of prey circling overhead and wondered what kind they were. Looking at photos it seemed they could be red tail hawks. I encountered them again today in the same area and knew what to look for, but before I could get a good look one of them let out the distinctive noise that is the setting for western movies when they want to shift the scene to the indians. It was obviously a red tail hawk.
