Orienteering race 1:14:52 [4] 5.4 km (13:52 / km)
Green Course at the Mendon Icebreaker.
Slow, and sloppy to boot. Dumb route choice on 1, going around the quarry CCW, vs the more obvious route of through it. Lost time relocating on 5&6 before finally settling into a rhythm.
Wore the brace on the knee for stability but tore one of the straps toward the end and couldn't get it adjusted correctly.
Highlight of the day was breaking up a dog fight between a large Husky and our 6 month old puppy. I was the only one bloodied.

Shadowing Riesa on the Yellow course, carrying a puppy.
Not much shadowing since I only saw her a couple times on the course until we got back to the finish.
