Towards to new training season. Season's stats:
- 373 training hours in total
- 691 running km
- 625 Orienteering km
- 1259 control points visited (Target met. 1250)
Overall hours record high looking from recent years perspective. Nice. Average weight must be record high as well. That is not so nice.
For new season I'm planning to set very ambitious targets:
- 1000 km of running
- 1000 km orienteering
- 1000 km walking / Nordic walking
- 1000 km skiing
- 1000 km biking
- 1000 control points
Let's see. Running, biking and control points are quite easy to reach. Skiing also easy, if there is snow. Though a lot to do to get them all. Orienteering and on walking kilometers I have not even been close. Challenging. Feel motivated at the moment.
