Sprint training at Center of Lahti and ending to sport center. Struggling with new green symbols. Am I allowed cross or not and missed two entrances to 6th control point. Nice area for sprint in the heart of the city.

Warming for second sprint training. In between the trainings there were presentations by Severi Kymäläinen and Stefu. Severi about training and competing in sprint and Stefu about making sprint maps. Both had good presentations.

Towards to new training season. Season's stats:

- 339 training hours in total
- 598 running km
- 541 Orienteering km
- 1120 control points visited

Less running and less orienteering kilometers compared to last year. More skiing and hiking. Overall hours record high looking from recent years perspective. Nice. Average weight might be record high as well. That is not so nice. I skied over 1100 km on last winter. That's super nice. What next?
