Warm up to Rinkball game.
8 PM

Ballgames (Rinkball) 50:00 [4]

Rinkball game against Nalle. 7-7. 1+1 and 2 min penalty. 5 min
Left and we were leading 7-4. Not so good ending for the game, but still lots of fun. And anyhow we need to start loosing points not to have a risk to get to second division at the end of the season. ;)

Ballgames (Rinkball) 55:00 [3]

Rinkball training. Only six players on our side means more ice time and I like it. Tempo was also slower this time which gives more time and more space for every move on the ice. Totally opposite to Tuesday training.

Orienteering (Night O) 49:00 [3] *** 6.0 km (8:10 / km)
spiked:13/13c shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 190 (2015)

Night orienteering for two reasons. I wanted to see how good the reflectors that I put in forest yesterday are. They will serve their purpose just fine. The other reason was my brand new 190 x-talons. Excellent shoes. I would say that they are even better than 212 that I've used so far. Maybe they will not last as long as x-talons 212 do, but good shoes for forest running they are.
