Orienteering with Jenni at Hirvikallio or teaching her. I put two flags and then followed and teached her on the way. Then I ran the flags to another control point and followed her again. Overall + 1 hour session. Nice.

Roller skating with skiing poles. Nice and warm weather. A bit windy though. I spend three mins longer from 14.5 km to turning point than when skating back even it's more uphill on the the way back. Short stoppage while I helped a drunk to get up. Without help he could not. At least on downhill he was able to walk without falling down :).

Lahti region sprint champs and I'm the champion... in class H40. I had difficulties to read the map and on one leg I felt asleep for 30 sec. Otherwise it was ok though running could have been stronger.
