Tampere Suunnistus. Long distance. Right leg (takareisi) was tense after yesterdays race and it was not good during warm up. I was running with lower tempo to save the leg, but it got worse and I had to basically walk last two km. Not nice. I will not run tomorrow. Course was rather easy. Terrain was better than I was expecting. One bigger mistake at fifth control. The rest of the course I navigated quite well.

Tampere suunnistus. Sprint distance. Map was next to comin Finnish sprint champs. Not a really good run, but not too bad either. No power to run hard on easy part. I did also two mistakes. On the first one I missed one corner and was wondering for a moment where I am. On the other one uncrossable fence and then difficulties find hole in fence to control. In map it seemed bigger, but was almost full grown. Rest went quite ok.

Starting tomorrow. Three days and three races at Tampere. Starting with a sprint. That is exciting. Two forest races makes me wonder, because the forest most likely is not the very best there is.
