Louna-Jukola. First leg on LS-37 III.

What a night. The race pure agony. Right after start I noticed that I don't have any power on my legs. I fell down three times before the first cp. Running was difficult. Before the midpoint I started to get cramps all over. I had to walk a lot. Physically bad day often reflects to orienteering and so it was tonight. I did way too many mistakes. Luckily the rest of the team did a really good job and we got a magnificent result. Good work guys.

Head lamp jog to test the gears. I wanted to see how long battery lasts on second brightest mode. After 2 h 15 min I turned it off. Will be enough for the first leg.
