Indoor intervals at Vierumäki. Jenni had a floorball training match against SB Heinola. I used the time to do an exercise and during recovery I was watching the game. How convenient is that? I did 100 m, 200 m, 400 m and 1000 m. 1000 m times somewhere 3:35-3:40. 1000 m I ran only twice.

My wife is recovering from knee surgery (Floorball is dangerous) and this might have negative impact on my trainings. Like today I stayed home and went for a forest run during the day :). First I thought that my idea of doing tempo run in forest was born dead, but I found an area having less snow and I could run bit faster.
