Running up to Ruka. Nice views. Also checked Selänpesun SM-kilpailut at Rukakylä. Route.

Hiking with family and with friends at Pikku Karhunkierros. Route and photos. Really nice. Jonne walked all the way.

Running with map (like yesterday) in the forest. Scale about 1:25000. Checked couple of intresting spots and they were worth of visiting. Walked steep hills and had quite a lot of thinking breaks (not inlcluded to training time). Route and photos at Sports Tracker.

Following the Karhunkierros hiking path at Valtavaara/Ruka. Partly off trail. Nice views. Partly really nice terrain to run.

Pölkkyrastit at Petäjävaara. Training organized by Kuusamon Erä-Veikot. Fin5 O week will be organized next year at Ruka. Could be intresting? What comes to training it went quite ok. Not really mistakes. I ran handbrake on to avoid mistakes and succeeded. Small river that I crossed on the way to 1, 2 and 3 was flooding. First time I was running (or swimming) the trail that had water up to your waist. Heard someone had to swim to cross it on her route. I would have not made to course to cross the river :). All the bogs were very wet also. Terrain was nice by the control 2 and from 8 to finish. Also area around 3, 4 and 5 was nice and demanding. Green areas were actually not that bad. I was afraid them, but they were good to go. Nothing like green area can be at Lahti area. Happy, happy face after training even it was cold (less than ten celcius) and raining. Training time includes warm up and cooling down.

Results. Quite international :). Only five min to Lena Eliasson. A little bit more to David Andersson. He, he. But I was faster than this AP fellow.
