Orienteering race 1:06:00 [4] **** 7.7 km (8:34 / km)
shoes: Icebug Spirit 2 OLX

Jukola Relay at Vantaa. Great competition, good courses and demanding terrain. Our team ended up to 107. What comes to my run I summarize it with one of my favorite movie lines (with minor modification. I think have used this before) "It was pretty fucking far from okay".

Some biking and walking, like with bicycle to grocery. Locked the bike. Made shopping. Back to bike. Bike key at home. Walked home. Picked up the key. Wandered back to store. Cycling home... So much fun :). Also visited club house by bike to get new jersey and to say hello to Philipp and Mate.

Hills in Tiirismaa. Four times up to tower. Route.

Hyviä nää kosketusnäytölliset puhelimet. Lukitus ei ollut päällä yhdessä nousussa, niin onnistuin nousun aikana painamaan rapiat 170 väliaikaa. Riittävästi sanoisin.
